The best way to know if you’re going to resonate with my style is to try a class!  Feel empowered, balanced, good in your body and with yourself!  Each class is unique with a theme based on inspiring readings, poses that help you notice the body within, as well as yogic and/or mindfulness concepts utilized by connecting the breath with the mind and body.

I also offer private, group and corporate classes for popular team building, stress release from working online and the posture issues that have accompanied that. Available online, or at your location. Reach out to me by email if you would like to set something up.

Signing up for a class keeps us in contact, and I can notify you of any changes that may occur. It also helps you to make commitments for yourself, schedule yourself for some you time. If you need to cancel, please read below.

Is there effort in yoga? SURE! All of those descriptions you see about getting a mind, body, and spiritual connection, they are true. Come with an open mind and you actually start to learn to listen to your house (body), explore and really connect with how you feel, move, and the incredible impact your breath has. You will learn self-controlling ways to de-stress. Something we all need a little help with these days.

Each class will inspire you to challenge yourself, and to motivate you more and more. Every yoga teacher will offer you something of themselves, pieces you take away. You may not remember what exactly it was that they did or said, but you will always remember “how they or that yoga class made you feel”. In reality, you got yourself there, it’s how you make yourself feel.

In whatever position one is in, or in whatever condition in life one is placed, one must find balance. Balance is the state of the present – the here and now. If you balance in the present, you are living in Eternity.

Cancellation

I request that students please email me if they want to cancel a ticket that they purchased. This also applies if you have a subscription, package or series/course. If it is in a reasonable time, I will approve the cancellation, and refund the payment and/or add the ticket back into their pack.
