Sound Reiki to help heal and balance your energy body, eliminate any negative or heavy attachments and align your chakras.
Sound Therapy to help reduce stress and anxiety, create deep relaxation and address any specific concern you may have.
Sound Reiki Session – 30 minutes $50 + HST ($56.50) (Regular $80 + HST). Included in every session: Energy alignment. Removal of cords and attachments Chakra balancing. Grounding intention.
Sound Therapy with Crystal Singing Bowls – 40 minutes $80 + HST (90.40) (Regular $135 + HST). Includes brief assessment, personalized intention, and regenerative sound bath.
What is Sound Reiki?
Sound Reiki® is a love based, vibrational energy healing system. Sound Reiki uses vocally created reality sounds or tones which resonate to the sacred Light Energy of Divine Source.
Using vocal toning, with intention/prayer, the energy is cleared and aligned, and the Chakras balanced resulting in a greater sense of peace and clarity, wholeness, and well-being. Once the energy is aligned to 100% light, the practitioner will use a final intention to ground you in that energy, so that you can take it with you throughout your day. You’ll be able to move about knowing you are protected in your healing chamber and aligned to your highest possible Divine.

I started my health journey in 2006 after being perfectly healthy and strong for 42 years. When traditional healing failed me, I turned to alternative holistic approaches and absolutely loved the freedom from pain and joy of healing that they brought. I had started learning Reiki as part of owning a gym and it really filled my heart once I understood the effect it had on me spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally and psychologically. It is my destiny to help others work through their pains, hurts and despair to find hope, joy and to live a life full of love using Reiki as well as prayer.
By day I am the Executive Director at the Centre for Social Justice and Good Works & Sweet Change A Chocolate Company in Sault Ste. Marie. We are a non-profit helping the marginalized find entrepreneurship or a job, provide free children’s recreation, self-esteem empowerment and healthy snacks – twice a week for free! And build capacity for those with disabilities to come and volunteer or do student placements in the Sweet Change Chocolate factory. We are all about change through chocolate – to help the community thrive.

Hi there! My name is Emilie and I’ve been in the beauty industry for 14 years. I started into the industry through high school doing a co-op placement to then taking my full 2 year Esthetician program at Georgian College in Barrie. I currently own a business with my mother here in town called Beautiful You Day Spa.
I’m born and raised in Elliot Lake, this beautiful place I call home. I’m a kind, gentle, down to earth kinda girl and I absolutely love the outdoors. I personally use the outdoors often for my own well-being and I’m so glad I get to share it with you! I look forward to meeting you and providing you with relaxing spa services to help restore your body, mind and spirit.

My focus on services for this women’s retreat will be primarily on relaxing services. We are so busy with our day to day lives that it’s so hard to shut down let alone give ourselves time for selfcare. So now that you’re giving yourself some you time, here are some services to choose from during your stay.
Body Treatments: 1 Hr Full Body Relaxation Massage $80 1 Hr Hot Stone Massage $90 (plus tax)
Facials:
- 1 Hr Hydrating Aromatherapy Facial $80 1 Hr Microdermabrasion Facial $100 (plus tax)
- 1 Hr Anti-Aging Facial with Light Therapy $120 (plus tax)

Please book ahead of time so that you can secure an appointment as there are limited spaces. Payments will be made ahead of time when booking to secure your spot. 24 hrs cancellation is needed, last minute cancellations or no-shows are non refundable. Passport Photos – Are you in need of an updated photo for your passport to take you to your next adventure? This is a great opportunity to get it accomplished here. Rate $25
** Props and use of backdrops will be on site. You supply clothes and you can even bring some of your own props. Pictures outside, sure! Many beautiful places at this location. Weather permitting,
