Jivamukti Yoga – Intermediate/Advanced Vinyasa Flow
Rev will guide a 90-minute physically rigorous and spiritually focused practice with deeper postures, philosophy, chanting, breathwork, and music.
Jivamukti yoga is rooted in five tenets:
Scripture (Shastra)
Devotion (Bhakti)
Non-violence (Ahimsa)
Music (Nada)
Meditation (Dhyana)

About Rev Love (of One Nation Sound)
Rev Love is a Toronto-born yogi and musician based in Brooklyn, New York. She completed her first teacher training in 2007, but it wasn’t until she stepped into Jivamukti Yoga in New York City that yoga became her way of life. She then completed a 75hr teacher training at Jivamukti in 2023, a qigong teacher training with Daisy Lee in 2024, and a trauma informed yoga training with Prison Yoga Project in 2025. She has also been certified as a sound healer with Dr John Beaulieu. Rev teaches at studios around New York City and Brooklyn sharing her passion for movement and music, and spreading the message that yoga is more about what we do off the mat when we leave the studio. Join Rev for this special opportunity to deepen your practice. We will discuss yogic philosophy and why it cannot be left out of practice, and explore in-depth breakdowns of asanas, especially some of the more elusive postures like sirsasana (headstand) and hanumanasana (splits) in a light hearted fashion, offering space for all bodies and all levels of practice.
